Purchases can be made in AUD using an Australian-issued debit or credit card from Visa or Mastercard, and all payments are securely managed by our payment partner Stripe.
Australia-wide shipping is available for a flat rate of only $65, but is subject to standard delivery conditions related to ease of access to your property. If your delivery address is subject to additional charges, we’ll discuss these with you before shipment.
Your shed flatpack will travel on a pallet and is designed for curb-side delivery from a truck with a tailgate and pallet-jack. Due to courier OH&S policy, delivery is only allowed to the front of your house, side gate or curb, depending on accessibility. We may deliver up a driveway that has no obstruction or steps, but the final delivery location is at the sole discretion of your delivery driver.
Due to the DIY nature of kitset/flatpack sheds, Trekk does not accept refunds or returns due to change of mind or circumstances.
If you have a change of heart before the shipping of your order, please reach out to our customer service team for a full store credit as no refunds will be offered unless required by law.
