General FAQs

Absolutely! Our spaces are designed for quick and seamless assembly, complete with user-friendly instructions.

We take pride in crafting our spaces in Europe, ensuring top-notch quality and craftmanship. All our wooden materials are FSC certified as sustainable timber, following renewable forestry practices.

Trekk Spaces marry rugged durability with modern aesthetics, offering a unique blend of style and functionality.

Most of our shed flatpacks arrive to your property pre-painted, but you can treat this as an undercoat and paint your shed in any suitable exterior paint colour of your choice.

Yes! But please note that it’s your responsibility to ensure your space is properly painted and sealed from the elements after assembly is completed. For products that require painting, we recommend sealing all joints or gaps with a paintable exterior sealant, prior to a final topcoat of paint. For all products, a regular maintenance schedule is suggested.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Your Trekk Space will arrive as a flatpack, usually on a pallet and is designed for curb-side delivery. Due to courier OH&S policy, delivery is only allowed to either the front of house, side gate or curb depending on accessibility. We may deliver up to a driveway that has no obstruction or steps, but the final delivery location is at the sole discretion of your delivery driver.

Our spaces are already packed up and ready to be dispatched from our warehouse the same or next business day, so when you order online you can expect swift delivery to your property. Depending on your location, we expect your Trekk Space to arrive between 5 and 14 days from your order being placed.

Please inspect your product when it arrives and look out for any damages or missing items. You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 2 calendar days of receipt by emailing hello@trekkspaces.com.au. Failing to do so will void our insurance and warranty terms & conditions.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

Due to the DIY kitset and flatpack nature of Trekk Spaces, returns or refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases. If you change your mind before your order ships, you can contact the customer service team to request a full store credit instead.

Orders may be eligible for store credit if cancelled before shipping, but refunds are generally not offered unless required under Australian consumer law. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, it’s best to contact Trekk as soon as possible.

You should inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you notice visible damage during delivery, notify Trekk Spaces immediately and document the issue. If damage is discovered after unpacking (concealed damage), you should report it to Trekk at the earliest opportunity so the issue can be assessed.

Yes. Trekk Spaces provides a manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of receipt. Customers must submit a written claim with photos to support the warranty request.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees. These rights apply regardless of the store’s standard change-of-mind policy.
